Your Roof Protects Everything. We Protect Your Roof.
Mid-Missouri’s only triple-certified roofing contractor. For over 15 years, we’ve been the team your neighbors call when it’s time to plan an upgrade or pick up the pieces after a storm.
Whether it was hail, high winds, or a tornado touched down nearby — don’t wait to see if your roof held up. We offer free inspections, and we’ll meet your insurance adjuster on-site to make sure nothing gets missed.
The Reality
Here in Mid-Missouri, your roof takes a beating that most of the country never sees. We get the heavy spring storms, the summer hail, the ice buildup in January, and the temperature swings that crack and curl shingles before their time.
You’ve probably noticed a few things that keep nagging at you — granules in the gutters, a stain on the ceiling after the last rain, shingles that don’t look quite right from the driveway. Maybe you’ve been putting it off because the whole process feels overwhelming: Which contractor? What materials? How much? Will insurance cover it?
You’ve got a career, a family, and a hundred other things to handle. Figuring out the difference between architectural and 3-tab shingles shouldn’t be one of them.
“We just wanted someone who would tell us the truth about our roof and not try to sell us something we didn’t need.”
That’s what we hear more than anything. And honestly? That’s exactly what we do. We’ll walk your property, show you exactly what we see, explain your options in plain language, and let you decide. No pressure. No games.
Your family deserves a home that’s protected by work done right, by people who’ll still be here when you need them.

Roofing Materials
Mid-Missouri’s weather demands a lot from a roof. Here’s what we install and when each one makes sense.
The workhorse of Mid-Missouri roofs. Affordable, proven, and available in styles that look far better than what went on your house 20 years ago.
50+ year lifespan, reflects heat in summer, sheds snow in winter. Higher upfront cost, but you may never replace it again.
Commercial-grade systems for low-slope and flat sections. We install TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen, and we’ll tell you which one fits your building.
The 100-year roof. Natural stone that looks better as it ages. Not for every home or every budget, but if yours can handle the weight, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime install.
The warmth of natural wood or the durability of composite shake. DaVinci composites give you the look without the wildfire risk or constant maintenance.
Spanish, mission, and flat tile profiles. Heavy and permanent. If you want a roof that looks stunning and outlasts you, this is it.
Centuries of proven performance. Clay tile breathes, insulates naturally, and just looks better with age.

Common Questions
How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced or just repaired?
Age is the biggest factor. If your shingles are 18-20+ years old and you’re seeing granules in the gutters, curling edges, or daylight through the attic, replacement is usually the smarter long-term investment. If your roof is younger and the damage is localized — a few missing shingles, a single leak point — repair makes more sense. We’ll always tell you honestly which one your roof actually needs. Schedule a free inspection and we’ll show you exactly what we see.
What makes your certifications different from other contractors?
Most contractors can buy and install GAF or Owens Corning shingles. That doesn’t make them certified. Our GAF Master Elite status means we’re in the top 2% nationally — it requires annual factory training, verified insurance, and maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.0. The practical difference for you: only certified contractors can offer the manufacturer’s best warranties. A non-certified installer using the same shingles gets you a fraction of the warranty coverage.
Will insurance cover my roof replacement?
If your roof was damaged by a storm event (hail, wind, fallen debris), your homeowner’s insurance likely covers it, minus your deductible. The catch is documentation and timing — most homeowner policies require filing within 12 months of the damage date (check your specific policy). We’ve helped hundreds of homeowners navigate this process. We meet with adjusters, document damage they might miss, and advocate for fair compensation. Learn more about our insurance claim support.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1-2 days once materials are delivered and the crew is on site. Complex roofs (steep pitch, multiple valleys, dormers) or premium materials like slate or tile can take 3-5 days. We’ll give you a specific timeline during your consultation. Weather is the biggest variable in Mid-Missouri, so we monitor forecasts closely and won’t start a tear-off if rain is coming.
5
The “years” in shingle marketing refer to warranty length, not a hard guarantee. A 30-year architectural shingle (like GAF Timberline) is thicker and more wind-resistant than a basic 3-tab. A 50-year shingle (like GAF Grand Canyon) has even more material, deeper dimension, and better warranty terms. In our Mid-Missouri climate, a quality 30-year shingle installed correctly typically lasts 20-25 years. The 50-year option adds 5-10 years and significantly better curb appeal. Compare shingle options.
Is metal roofing worth the extra cost in Mid-Missouri?
For many homeowners here, yes. Standing seam metal handles our hail, wind, and ice better than almost any other material. It reflects summer heat, sheds snow, and can last 50+ years with virtually zero maintenance. The upfront cost is roughly 2-3x asphalt shingles, but you may never replace it again. It also increases home value. The key is proper installation — improper fastening or flashing is where metal roofs fail. Read our metal roofing guide.
How do I spot storm damage on my roof?
From the ground, look for missing or visibly cracked shingles, dented gutters or downspouts, and granule buildup in your gutters or at the base of downspouts. Hail damage is harder to spot — it leaves circular dents in shingles that break the protective granule layer. Inside, check your attic for new water stains or daylight coming through. The safest approach is calling us for a free inspection within a few days of any significant storm. See our hail damage guide.
Do you offer financing for roof replacement?
Yes. A new roof costs real money, and we get that. We offer financing that lets you protect your home now and pay over time. We’ll walk through the numbers during your consultation so you can pick what works for your budget. Worth knowing: a new roof typically adds more to your home’s value than what you paid for it.
What happens if I find a leak after the project is done?
Call us. Seriously — that’s it. We’ve been in Mid-Missouri since 2010 and we’re not going anywhere. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, and your manufacturer warranty covers the materials. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. No runaround, no “call the warranty hotline.” You call us directly at (573) 424-9008.
Can I upgrade my roof material if insurance only covers basic shingles?
Absolutely. Insurance covers “like kind and quality” replacement, which usually means the same type of shingle that was damaged. If you want to upgrade to a higher-grade shingle, metal, or composite material, you pay the difference between what insurance covers and the upgrade cost. We’ll break down those numbers clearly so you know exactly what the out-of-pocket difference is. Many homeowners use their insurance claim as an opportunity to upgrade since they’re already investing the deductible.
When is the best time to replace a roof in Mid-Missouri?
Late spring through early fall (May–October) gives us the most consistent weather windows. Shingles need temperatures above 40°F to seal properly. That said, we install year-round when needed — emergency situations and insurance timelines don’t wait for perfect weather. If you’re planning ahead, booking in late winter or early spring often means shorter wait times since demand peaks after the first major storms of the season.
