We signed the contract and the crew from CoMo Premium Exteriors was here in a timely fashion, replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves. From my first call to the final touches, Joe Eagle outlined the entire project, explained insurance process, answered questions, coordinated the installation teams, and inspected the final product.

It was all accomplished professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption. The crew was awesome, arriving early and staying late, laying out large tarps to protect my plants and paying attention to every detail. They even discovered a problem with a vent that was installed by another company incorrectly and helped me navigate repairs through the other party.

We called CoMO Premium Exteriors about putting a roof and Gutters on our house. I called them and Randy and Jared came out that day to look at the roof and give us some information. They came back a few days later so they could meet with myself and my husband and answer all the questions Ms. Picky had. When they got started on the roof and got all the shingles off they discovered a lot more damage that we were unaware of, so they called the husband to let him know. They then went above and beyond by contacting a contractor to come out and fix the damage on the roof and still got the roof on all in one day. Talk about customer service. The following week got the gutters on the house that are wonderful, no more walking in the house and water running down your back. The clean-up was amazing, they didn’t leave anything behind and we had a lot that come off that roof plus the old gutters. We are so glad that we when with this company, they did an amazing job and I would high recommend them to anyone. A big Thank you to Randy and Jared and the crew for this amazing job. Does CoMo Premium Exteriors service my town?

Most likely. Our company services most of Mid-Missouri. To confirm if we service your area give us a call. We’ll ask a couple of quick questions about your project and location, and if for some reason we are not able to assist you, we’ll provide you with a recommendation of someone who can. When you call us our goal is to help provide you with a solution, but if we are unable to do so, we’ll at least point you in the right direction.

Can you provide me some examples of work you preformed?

Whether you need references or examples of our work, our Sales Representatives can provide you with either at your request. Having completed over 5,000 jobs we have plenty of examples to pull from.

Where do you have offices?

CoMo Premium Exteriors has offices in Columbia, Jefferson City, Boonville, and Moberly. Our main headquarters are in Columbia and our other offices are field offices for our Sales and Production teams to work from and meet with clients as needed. If you visit one of our field offices and we are not there – please call us at 573-424-9008 and we’ll be sure to set up an appointment that works with your schedule or meet you at one of our office locations.

Can I meet you in your office?

You can, however our Sales Representative will need to visit your home beforehand to get measurements. If you are uneasy with inviting people into your home, for any reason, we want to make sure you feel comfortable. Just let our Office Manager know the situation when you contact us for an appointment and we’ll handle it accordingly.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our Columbia office has a wide variety of shingles, siding, and windows installed on the interior of our building so that you can clearly see different colors, profiles, brands, and looks. It is a great resource to help you visualize what different options may look like on your home.
