Roof installation
Zach was phenomenal to work with! His response time was quick and his explanations were thorough. The crew that installed the roof were efficient and thoroughly cleaned up all of the debris. I didn’t notice a single nail after they used the magnets throughout the lawn, porch, sidewalk and driveway. The price was very comparable or less than other bids I received. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend COMO Premium Exteriors!

We had a small leak in our attic. I called Wes Davis. He came out, found the problem in a few minutes and fixed it free of charge! I am stingy with my 5-star reviews, but this definitely earned it.

Phillip Pugh6 days agoI had new Hardie board siding put on two sections of my house and garage. The installers did a very nice job. The original siding was not installed correctly and overtime warped, came loose and uneven. It looks great now and like it should. Money we’ll spent!Posted on Google

The entire process was smooth and easy from the free estimate to the follow-up after the job was done. The price seemed reasonable for a composite deck and the work was timely. Wes, did an amazing job of explaining all of my options for design, materials, and financing. He was professional, friendly, upbeat, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were able to meet with insurance inspectors and work with a changing scope of work. The workman ship it's self seems to be high quality. Andres V.33 days agoUpdate: I come back after a few years because I needed help with an old receipt of this roof for insurance rating purposes. The team reached back promptly and went above and beyond to help me with my inquiry, saving me some money in the process. That level of post-sale care, when they don't need to do anything for you anymore and they still do the thing. That makes me brand loyal. Thanks for your help! I've worked with this company twice, the first time they moved really quickly, completed work within a month from starting. I give them a 5/5 on that work. This second time around we started the quote back in May of 2023, and they completed work on the last week of April of 2024. they get a 1/5 on that one. I understand the storms of last year caused a backlog across the whole industry, and if I had been given a clear timeframe from the beginning I could have decided to either stay with them or go another route. When I was first given an estimate, the goal from our contact there was to be done in 2 months tops, and now I'm finishing this review about a year later as work has been completed and paid. If you have no timeframe for completion, CoMo Premium Exteriors is going to do quality work on your property, and I cannot fault any of the labor that was conducted, but for me, with an insurance claim due to weather with a company that entered receivership, I was very clear in telling them on multiple emails, texts and phone calls, I need this work completed quickly so I can recover depreciation and adjustments before the receivership is done by end of December. The representative explained the insurance claim process in a manner we were able to understand. The quote was spot on and affordable. I hired them again to add a sunroom to the back of my home and change out all windows and doors. This again turned out amazing. The communication was fantastic with *****, which was the Project Coordinator and the project manager, ***** was extremely responsive and on site daily to inspect all work that was being done. I love the fact that they have a lifetime warranty. Gives my wife and I peace of mind. Michelle B482 days agoInstall or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof CoMo Premium Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof after a destructive hail storm. The new roof was completed in one and a half days, and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. Th clean up aspect was important to us because we have children who play out in the yard alot. Kim W667 days agoTotally pleased with this company. I had 7 windows and 2 exterior doors replaced this fall. Communication was terrific - I received emails at every step of the process with prompt replies by **** **** who was in charge of my project if I had any questions. The crew was prompt, professional, and skilled. The windows look great and I can tell a difference in how warm the rooms are compared to the old windows. Every single member of the installation teams were highly skilled, very friendly and hard-working professionals. Mr. **** **** oversaw the whole process. My wife and I cannot praise his work highly enough! He is an extremely competent, personable and thorough leader who patiently explained the entire process so that we could understand all elements of the procedures. He definitely goes the extra mile in every way to ensure that the work being done is done correctly and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. His friendly and personable manner went a long way to engage our trust and ***** any concerns that lay people have when having such a large undertaking about which we/they know very little. This is a different type of review than customary. COMO did exactly what I asked regarding installation of Hardi Board siding (COMO is “licensed” by Hardi to install the product). Only company in the Columbia/Jeff City area qualified/certified by Hardi. Hardi Board siding (fiber cement siding): DO YOUR RESEARCH before committing to this expensive siding (expensive relative to vinyl and other sidings): (1) unarguably, it’s the HEAVIEST siding you might choose (unless you opt for armor plating). (2) Each Hardi board is “blind-nailed” (attractive installation) to your house studs with nail guns and this installation will vibrate the house stud/s. Be confident in the structural integrity of your home to tolerate this installation without experiencing unintended consequences to other parts of the structure. (3)I had no idea how much caulk is required as part of Hardi installation—be aware, caulking is an art form and skill unto itself. (4) My interactions with COMO staff were very positive After COMO’s initial site review for Hardi Board siding, i had to wait over 2 months for my assigned project manager to attend to personal matters (completely understandable). (5) Chet of COMO knew my project and was immediately responsive at my request to returning to inspect some issues that may or may not be attributable to the Hardi Board/installation itself. Much appreciated! (6) We’ve got beautiful Hardi siding. (7) COMO gives a 5-year guarantee on installation; and Hardi gives a 30-year guarantee on the product itself (that passes to the next homeowner.) FINAL THOUGHT: Just be sure you’ve considered all the PROS AND CONS of Hardi before committing to its installation . There’s no turning the clock back once it’s on. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish COMO would have quizzed me more about my expectations and perhaps discussed details of Hardi installation at the start.Posted on YelpRoseanne P.2339 days agoThese guys are fair, honest and went above and beyond to put on our new roof. They replaced wood as well as installing new turbine vents. They also gave us a real deal on our shingles--50 year guarantee on the product & a five year warrantee on the workmanship. The shingles we chose look great and the guys on the crew did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.
