They installed new Fascia/soffit all the way around my home. Installed new 6" gutters with gutter guards. and built a beautiful new deck and landing on the back of my home. They showed up when they said they would. The communication was great from start to finish. The clean up was phenomenal along with the warranty. Highly recommend.

Another company came out to replace my gutters, tore them down, then left without installing them.Como Premium Exteriors came out very quickly for an estimate, and the work was done within 2 weeks for cheaper than expected. They kept me in the loop at every step. Will be using them again if needed.

Shawn Bedford arrived promptly for the appointment. After the roof was inspected, he clearly explained the condition of the roof. In an attempt to solve the problem, caulking was applied to the problem area. Shawn did not charge me for this repair. I could not be more pleased with CoMo Premium Exteriors.

Great company to work with. Phillip Rodriguez came to my house to give an estimate. He helped me through the insurance obstacles. It didn't matter when I called he always answered, weekends or after hours. The office personnel were very easy to talk to as well. I had a very steep roof but that wasn't a problem. They finished in a day and a half, the work was exceptional! I would definitely use Como Premium Exteriors again.

COMO replaced our roof, siding, soffits & fascia, and gutters. They did a great job!

Ryan came out to check on a couple shingles and cleaned up a piece of fascia that had come loose. He was very informative, helpful and efficient. Will reach out for other outdoor projects in the future.

I had a roof leak and CoMo was the only roofing company that could find it, they gave me several options to correct the issue and were very responsive to additional work I wanted done.The roofing crew were extremely professional and out going. The kept me up to date on progress and any issues they had and answered any questions I had. When they were done the area was cleaned up and returned to its original state.I will definately contact CoMo Premium Exteriors first for any other work I need done.

Como premium exterior done an awesome job on the roof I had to leave about quarter to 8:00 in the morning and by time I got back about quarter after 11:00 , 11:30 they were done they were packing up unbelievable time I never seen a roof put on that quick so that's like only 3 and 1/2 hours to strip a roof take it down put new shingles on unbelievable I still can't believe it but I seen it I was here awesome job guys thank you

Called CoMo Monday morning about a roof leak, made appointment for Tuesday morning, and Ryan arrived perfectly on time. Fortunately our leak problem required a minor repair, which Ryan completed immediately. We made an appointment to learn about replacement windows!

They provided a quick quote, worked well with the insurance company and provided updates regarding what to expect, and the timeline for project completion.

CoMo Premium Exteriors replace my roof & gutters in March 2024. They were well organized advising me in advance of their appointment & keeping that appointment. The work crew was efficient & very hard working! I thought the quality of work was great. After completion they came out & cleaned up nails & screws a couple times. Kody was my salesman & he came out personally to do a walk through of the completed project to verify all was satisfactory. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My new neighbor, Kody Anderson helped me make sense out of the agreement sent by my insurance agent. We signed the contract and the crew from CoMo Premium Exteriors was here in a timely fashion, replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves. Shortly after installing the roof, they came and replaced the gutters and downspouts. They always were careful about the plants next to the house. They always cleaned up after themselves and the results are a major improvement to the appearance of the home. The office staff was very helpful in answering questions I had a long the way.

We had a great experience with CoMo Premium Exteriors! We solicited bids for screening in our existing deck. After careful consideration, we decided that they were the best overall value. The sales rep that was assigned to us was very attentive and responsive. All personnel that worked with us were extremely professional and helpful. We used Como for new siding, soffits, gutters, and a sliding glass door. The installation was great. Some materials were taking a while to get (like how most things are these days) and I was kept up to date about timelines. My installation was just recently completed but product seems quality. I would recommend them.

After severe hail storm Randy came to give estimate. My husband was not there but I felt at ease while he looked at the damage. He spoke in a professional, straightforward manner that was understandable. I asked if he had brochures and immediately he went to vehicle and gave me one. He answered all our questions and would stop by our house if we had any questions. I liked working with this company and personally recommended them to family and friends. They liked them as much as I did.

We were selling our home and right before the closing date, a hail storm hit. CoMo Premium Exteriors took such good care of us in a timely manner and did a great job.

We had to get our roof replaced due to hail damage. Being fairly new homeowners, and never going through a roof replacement before, CoMo Premium Exteriors went above and beyond to help us through the process. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutters, but even more so with the customer service we received. We will definitely be using CoMo Premium Exteriors in the future.

Our roof, gutters and more were damaged significantly after a major hail storm in March.CoMo Premium Exteriors surveyed the damage and helped guide us through the insurance claim process. Wes, our project manager was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project. He responded promptly to calls. Our roof was installed in one day. Due to the lines of our home the gutters were tricky but installers worked hard and did a great job. We are quite pleased with the quality of work and will recommend CoMo to others.
