John-David Hails

A Sedalia native, John-David Hails brings three years of roofing experience and ten years of service as a first responder to the CoMo Premium Exteriors team. With a strong background in helping others, John-David understands the importance of trust, communication, and being someone homeowners can count on.

His goal is simple: take the stress out of home improvement projects. John-David prides himself on putting homeowners first, making the process easy to understand, and going the extra mile to deliver a great experience. He believes in leading with integrity, working hard, and treating every homeowner with the same care and respect he would want for his own family.

When he’s not helping homeowners, John-David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, along with their doodle, Teddy, and cat, Tobey. He’s also passionate about mixed martial arts and stays active with Hulett House Gym and 10th Planet BJJ.

Having grown up in Sedalia, John-David is proud to serve the community that helped shape who he is today.
