Lance Haynes

Originally from Boonville, Missouri, Lance Haynes brings a hardworking attitude and strong people-focused mindset to his role as Project Manager at CoMo Premium Exteriors. During high school, Lance spent three summers working in construction, where he gained valuable hands-on experience and developed an appreciation for the hard work, communication, and teamwork that go into every successful project.

As a Project Manager, Lance takes pride in building strong relationships with both customers and coworkers throughout every stage of the job. He believes trust, communication, and reliability are some of the most important parts of creating a positive experience for homeowners, and he strives to make sure customers feel informed and supported from start to finish. His approachable personality and team-oriented mindset help create smooth project experiences while strengthening the relationships that make CoMo Premium Exteriors successful.

Outside of work, Lance enjoys spending time outdoors, especially golfing, fishing, and off-roading with his dad in their 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. He is also part of a Monday men’s golf group, which combines two things he enjoys most — friendly competition and spending time with others. At home, Lance has three dogs named Snickers, Peanut, and Nala, who keep life fun and busy.
