Lance Haynes

Lance Haynes is a dedicated and driven member of the CoMo Premium Exteriors team, serving as one of our reliable Drivers. Originally from Boonville, Missouri, Lance brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn that make him a valuable part of our daily operations. With two years of construction experience under his belt, he understands the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and doing the job right.

Lance is known around the team for his hardworking attitude and team-first mindset—always ready to jump in and help wherever he’s needed. Whether he’s out on the road or lending a hand at the shop, Lance takes pride in making sure things run smoothly.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Lance on the baseball field or enjoying the great outdoors. He’s an avid fisherman and hunter, and this summer, he’s playing baseball for Post 5. Lance is also preparing for the next chapter of his journey—attending Westminster College, where he’ll be playing both Baseball and Golf.

At home, Lance stays busy with his three dogs—Snickers, Nala, and Peanut—who are just as active and full of energy as he is.
