With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Missy Phillips brings a compassionate and personalized approach to her role as CoMo Premium Exteriors’ Outbound Caller. Originally from the Eastern Seaboard of Canada, Missy has a deep-rooted passion for connecting with people and making sure every customer feels valued and heard.
Missy believes that every customer deserves to be treated like her #1 priority, and she takes pride in making each interaction a positive and meaningful one. Her genuine care and dedication are part of what makes her such a valuable member of the CoMo team.
Outside of work, Missy enjoys curling up with a good book or working on intricate diamond paintings. She’s been happily married for 32 years and shares her home with two beloved rescue pets—a loyal dog and a cuddly cat. A self-proclaimed Disney fanatic, Missy also has a soft spot for teddy bears and is a huge fan of The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter.
Whether she’s talking to customers or enjoying her favorite fantasy worlds, Missy’s warmth, enthusiasm, and heart for others shine through in everything she does.
