My son thought there was some loose shingles and a soft spot when he went up to clean out the gutters. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed there was nothing wrong with my roof. He helped me through the insurance obstacles. It didn't matter when I called he always answered, weekends or after hours. The office personnel were very easy to talk to as well. I had a very steep roof but that wasn't a problem. They finished in a day and a half, the work was exceptional! I would definitely use Como Premium Exteriors again.

We signed the contract and the crew from CoMo Premium Exteriors was here in a timely fashion, replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves.  Shortly after installing the roof, they came and replaced the gutters and downspouts.  They always were careful about the plants next to the house.  They always cleaned up after themselves and the results are a major improvement to the appearance of the home.  The office staff was very helpful in answering questions I had a long the way.

Does CoMo Premium Exteriors service my town?

Most likely. Our company services most of Mid-Missouri. To confirm if we service your area give us a call. We’ll ask a couple of quick questions about your project and location, and if for some reason we are not able to assist you, we’ll provide you with a recommendation of someone who can. When you call us our goal is to help provide you with a solution, but if we are unable to do so, we’ll at least point you in the right direction.

Can you provide me some examples of work you preformed?

Whether you need references or examples of our work, our Sales Representatives can provide you with either at your request. Having completed over 5,000 jobs we have plenty of examples to pull from.

Where do you have offices?

CoMo Premium Exteriors has offices in Columbia, Jefferson City, Boonville, and Moberly. Our main headquarters are in Columbia and our other offices are field offices for our Sales and Production teams to work from and meet with clients as needed. If you visit one of our field offices and we are not there – please call us at 573-424-9008 and we’ll be sure to set up an appointment that works with your schedule or meet you at one of our office locations.

Can I meet you in your office?

You can, however our Sales Representative will need to visit your home beforehand to get measurements. If you are uneasy with inviting people into your home, for any reason, we want to make sure you feel comfortable. Just let our Office Manager know the situation when you contact us for an appointment and we’ll handle it accordingly.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our Columbia office has a wide variety of shingles, siding, and windows installed on the interior of our building so that you can clearly see different colors, profiles, brands, and looks. It is a great resource to help you visualize what different options may look like on your home.
