I knew right from the start that CoMo was a good company to do my job of installing gutters. They were up front from the first estimator to the last person who came back out to help me find a solution to direct water flow away from a building. One person even made a special trip out to check the color choice after looking at the pictures the estimator took. Another thing they did which I really appreciated was keeping me informed and providing their insurance liability certificate.

Wes was great to work with! So prompt in communication and clear with the bid.

I asked them to come out and inspect my roof. My son thought there was some loose shingles and a soft spot when he went up to clean out the gutters. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed there was nothing wrong with my roof. Only some light maintenance that might be required in the near future.

Shawn @ CoMo Premium Exteriors is always great to work with and so patient with us. CoMo Premium Exteriors put the James Hardie siding on our home and did a FABULOUS job too! Because they were so easy to work with during that process and that they kept answering our questions, and even worked with us when an issue arose accidentally caused by one of their guys (it was an honest mistake), we keep coming back to them. They worked to make everything right with us and Shawn is always willing to give us a quick quote and then be patient when we aren't ready just yet. Honestly, every person I deal with at CoMo has been astounding in customer service and we will use them for sure again!

I had CoMo Premium Exteriors come out to give me an estimate for replacing downspouts/gutters and get recommendations on gutter guards. They were very professional and followed up with an estimate right away. I ended up not getting the work done due to other home repairs that emergently popped up that had to get addressed first (I still plan on pursuing the work in the future).

CoMo Premium was a pleasure to work with! I'm the executive administrator of a local religious community and reached out seeking a bid for a rebuild of a deck ramp. The bid happened in August of 2025. Their representative, Kody Andersen, was *great* to work with! When it was time to bid on the project, he arrived onsite with more knowledge than I could jot down, physical examples of materials, and walked me through the entire bid while explaining his reasoning step by step. I never felt like I was being upsold, just advised on finding the right solutions for our project.

After the initial bid, Kody was extremely communicative and was willing to follow up with members of our community for further discussions. Unfortunately, the discussion of the rebuild had to be tabled due to internal reasons on my community's end and it took us until November, 2025 to arrive at this decision. In that time, Kody was patient and never pushy while also sending friendly occasional check-ins to ascertain where we were in the decision making process.

Though we didn't accept the bid, when the project is actionable again, I'll definitely reach out to CoMO Premium again.

Josh was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the details of he process and the cost associated.

CoMo Premium Exteriors went above and beyond to make sure all damages identified were covered by insurance. This was my first time using homeowners insurance they made the process easy and did great work! (on time and on budget) I highly recommend them.

COMO Premium Exteriors was asked by us to replace our James Hardie siding with new James Hardie siding. They gave us a price and what the expectations were going to happen with the process. COMO met those expectations and more as they removed old siding, installed new siding, and any issues we had with installation, which was very few, they corrected. Our home looks new again and many people(neighbors) have told us how nice the house looks with the new siding.

CoMo Premium's team arrived early and stayed until the job was done. They were efficient and did great work!

We are very pleased with the work and service CoMo Premium Exteriors provided on a unique and very challenging roof job. Josh listened to our needs, and consulted with other experts who helped develop the plan. Our home is built of Structural Insulated Panels, an uncommon but quality construction method. To fix a leaking roof correctly, we needed to have a 2nd layer of OSB installed on top of the existing roof, with venting in between. Kathy stayed in touch the whole time and put two skilled and hard working crews on the job. When some issues arose, Kathy made sure they were taken care of promptly. Joe Eagle came out to conduct our free estimate as I had some concerns about my roof given recent storms. He was very thorough with his inspection and his explanation of everything he found and how to continue to maintain my existing roof to prolong its lifespan. Great company! I met with Shawn Bedford on July 24 to discuss the replacement of our 20+ year asbestos-shingle roof. Ultimately, we chose to go with a highly-rated competitor. However, it broke my heart to decline the CoMo offer. Shawn was undoubtedly the best sales rep that I have ever encountered. He was friendly and personable and, at the same time, entirely professional. He conducted a careful inspection of the roof -- even thoughtfully removing some branches that had fallen from the overhanging sycamore tree. I learned a lot about roofing materials from his thorough presentation. I learned, for example, that the Owens-Corning products used by CoMo Exteriors offer significant advantages over other brands. If my wife and I weren't in our mid-70's, and unsure how much longer we will be living in this house, I believe we would have gone with CoMo. However, given our circumstances, the price-differential -- at just over $4000 -- forced us to choose the other company.

Very responsive and competitive quote for gutter guards installation. I was out of town when the gutter guards were installed and the team made a mistake by installing the wrong color. They promptly came back to install the right color when I reached out. It's a well run operation and I will reach out to them in the future.

I had a small piece of trim come loose above my garage. Since it was a small job Como Premuim Exteriors fixed it at no cost. Two very nice gentleman. I will use them for future projects.

COMO Premium Exteriors presented a very fair and clear estimate for replacing my shingles and a section of guttering. The work was done in a timely manner and met all my expectations. A stiff wind and some rain came in while the roofing crew was taking off shingles and putting down the water and ice shield, but they hurriedly covered everything without incident. After storm damage, I called a couple of different companies for quotes and the difference in service with CPE was noticed immediately.

Shawn Bedford was the rep who worked my project. I needed new gutters, and wanted the fascia and soffit aluminum wrapped. The house needed 3 additional downspouts and he had great communication with me in determining where they would be located. Work crews came when they were supposed to, and work was completed pretty quickly. This was a great experience. I am glad to have a 5 year warranty, so I can watch how this system performs and expect to have a response if there is any problem arise.

CoMo Premium Exteriors replace my roof & gutters in March 2024. They were well organized advising me in advance of their appointment & keeping that appointment. CoMo Premium Exteriors surveyed the damage and helped guide us through the insurance claim process. Wes, our project manager was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project. He responded promptly to calls. Our roof was installed in one day. Due to the lines of our home the gutters were tricky but installers worked hard and did a great job.
