Entire process from initial contact to finished installation (gutters) was straightforward and pleasant. One minor miscommunication regarding downspouts (I believe on my side/my own doing), but within 24hrs. that was cleared up and my expectations were not only met, but exceeded in its execution. Every individual I spoke with during the process was professional and seemed to have no aversion to nor difficulty with answering any questions and concerns I had. Overall project cost was less than anticipated, timeframe for work completion was shorter than initially estimated, and end result thus far has surpassed my expectations.
