While we were getting a house ready to sell, CoMo Premium Exteriors was recommended by our realtor to use for some small roofing projects. They were timely and reasonably priced.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The crew arrived and had my 3 dormers finished by the end of the day. The fascia and trim work was falling apart (over 25 years). CoMo tore off the old wood and replaced the disintegrating wood with wood wrapped with aluminum. The dormers will look great for many years.  I never give five stars because things happen during new construction or maintenance repairs that the company can not control.

The original siding was not installed correctly and overtime warped, came loose and uneven. It looks great now and like it should. Money we’ll spent!
