Job Description
Whether you are an expert or you want to learn the trade, we have a place for you! Our business is growing and we need reliable people to join our team of siding installers. As mid-Missouri’s leading exterior renovation company, we have lots of opportunity for both experienced siding installers and those who are wanting to learn a trade that is always in demand. Although experience is not necessary, you must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be reliable.
Typical Work
The majority of our projects are residential homes, 2 stories or less, and almost all are located in Columbia or within 30 minutes of Columbia. We work year-round, although some weeks it might be too cold or rainy, but over all you will find that we have consistent work. We install all types of siding including vinyl siding, James Hardie, and LP – and if you don’t have experience with one, or any, of these products we will gladly train you. We also do metal work installing soffit and fascia, another trade we can train on if you have the aptitude.
Who Should Apply
Anyone who is reliable and either knows the trade or wants to learn it. If you know other trades, such as roofing or window installation, we also have lots of opportunities in those areas, although we will cross train you on others. We are easy to work for and we will keep you busy, but we need you to do your part and show up on time for work and be willing to work hard. We believe in teamwork and we want you to succeed and be a long-term member of our team.
Job Requirements
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to work typical hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Must arrive on time for work
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed

Compensation Options
$14 to $23 an hour based on experience. You are eligible for a raise after your first 6 months, your first year, and then annually after that.
