My daughter was here at the house during the installation of dining room windows. She said that they introduced themselves, offered to take off their boots, were very polite etc.They covered everything and nothing had to cleaned up afterwards.
I am very pleased with the outcome of how they look and the room is already warmer because everything is sealed up.

I had CoMo Premium Exteriors replace my roof back in October 2025. They were excellent, showing up and completing the entire job within a single day. Unfortunately, my mortgage company drug their heels and kept changing the requirements necessary for them to release the disbursement of funds. Through the entire process, CoMo Premium Exteriors was patient and helpful, even intervening to discuss the requirements with the loss draft department directly. Because I kept them in the loop for the entirety of the process, they didn't charge any late fees, even though it took 12 weeks from the time that they completed the work until I finally received the final check from the mortgage company.

Great communication, and the project was completed earlier than projected.

We worked with Wes on a quote for our home renovation project. Wes was incredibly professional, efficient with our time but he also took the time to answer all my questions as someone new to home renovations. He addressed every concern we had and offered good recommendations. He went the extra step to make sure his communication and timeline matched our needs to feel comfortable through the entire process. I would definitely recommend asking for Wes when you begin your project. Truly enjoyed the experience he provided.

Nate did a great job repairing several rows of siding at the front of my house that had blown off from wind. He had it fixed within an hour after getting more nails. He was very professional, personable, and polite. CoMo Premium Exteriors also replaced my roof 7 years ago and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and working with Nate!

Josh was the rep who came to our home to evaluate the flashing around our chimney and gave us an estimate. While we ultimately didn’t go with CoMo exteriors because we got a lower estimate, Josh was wonderful. He even gave us the name of a handyman he uses for a couple of other problems we talked about with him. I wish the bid had been more competitive with our eventual contractor because I would have loved to give Josh our business.

The whole experience with this company was fabulous. It started off with my salesman Josh Fox. He showed me each of the details of my new roof. The installers were here early and got it all completed in one day. I love the product and it looks beautiful on my house.

I knew right from the start that CoMo was a good company to do my job of installing gutters. They were up front from the first estimator to the last person who came back out to help me find a solution to direct water flow away from a building. One person even made a special trip out to check the color choice after looking at the pictures the estimator took. Another thing they did which I really appreciated was keeping me informed and providing their insurance liability certificate.

Wes was great to work with! So prompt in communication and clear with the bid.

I had CoMo Premium Exteriors come out to give me an estimate for replacing downspouts/gutters and get recommendations on gutter guards. They were very professional and followed up with an estimate right away. I ended up not getting the work done due to other home repairs that emergently popped up that had to get addressed first (I still plan on pursuing the work in the future).

CoMo Premium was a pleasure to work with! I'm the executive administrator of a local religious community and reached out seeking a bid for a rebuild of a deck ramp. The bid happened in August of 2025. Their representative, Kody Andersen, was *great* to work with! When it was time to bid on the project, he arrived onsite with more knowledge than I could jot down, physical examples of materials, and walked me through the entire bid while explaining his reasoning step by step. I never felt like I was being upsold, just advised on finding the right solutions for our project.

After the initial bid, Kody was extremely communicative and was willing to follow up with members of our community for further discussions. Unfortunately, the discussion of the rebuild had to be tabled due to internal reasons on my community's end and it took us until November, 2025 to arrive at this decision. In that time, Kody was patient and never pushy while also sending friendly occasional check-ins to ascertain where we were in the decision making process.

Though we didn't accept the bid, when the project is actionable again, I'll definitely reach out to CoMO Premium again.

CoMo Premium Exteriors went above and beyond to make sure all damages identified were covered by insurance. This was my first time using homeowners insurance they made the process easy and did great work! (on time and on budget) I highly recommend them.

COMO Premium Exteriors was asked by us to replace our James Hardie siding with new James Hardie siding. They gave us a price and what the expectations were going to happen with the process. COMO met those expectations and more as they removed old siding, installed new siding, and any issues we had with installation, which was very few, they corrected. Our home looks new again and many people(neighbors) have told us how nice the house looks with the new siding.

CoMo Premium's team arrived early and stayed until the job was done. They were efficient and did great work!

We are very pleased with the work and service CoMo Premium Exteriors provided on a unique and very challenging roof job. Josh listened to our needs, and consulted with other experts who helped develop the plan. Our home is built of Structural Insulated Panels, an uncommon but quality construction method. To fix a leaking roof correctly, we needed to have a 2nd layer of OSB installed on top of the existing roof, with venting in between. Kathy stayed in touch the whole time and put two skilled and hard working crews on the job. When some issues arose, Kathy made sure they were taken care of promptly. Joe Eagle came out to conduct our free estimate as I had some concerns about my roof given recent storms. He was very thorough with his inspection and his explanation of everything he found and how to continue to maintain my existing roof to prolong its lifespan. Great company! Will definitely be calling them for any future roofing needs.
