Having been in business for over a decade, we have seen a lot of exterior renovation companies come and go in Mid-Missouri. While some offered really low prices, they provided poor quality and left many homeowners with a worthless warranty and reoccurring problems within a few years. As the largest exterior remodeling company in Mid-Missouri, CoMo Premium Exteriors has built a reputation on quality work and by standing behind that work. We’ll be the first to admit that we aren’t perfect and sometimes mistakes happen. What matters though is that when there is a problem – we are a company that will stand behind our work. If you have an issue within our warranty period we will come and inspect the problem and, if it is determined that it is our problem to fix – we will do so at our cost.

Residential Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

For residential single family homes, CoMo Premium Exteriors offers a Limited Lifetime Workmanship warranty on full replacement projects such as complete roof replacements, complete siding replacements, window

Commercial and Multi-Family 5 Year Workmanship Warranty

Year Clean Up Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our clean up after the job is finished. For a 12-month period from the date of installation, if you find nails in your yard or have debris from our work, you merely contact our office and ask for additional clean up. We will send a member of our team to sweep the yard for nails, pick up loose debris, and do our best to ensure the site is clean. If you experience a flat tire because of a nail we missed, we will reimburse you up to $100 towards the cost of the tire repair; and, if the tire cannot be repaired then we will put that $100 towards the cost of a new tire. This warranty can be used up to 2 times per location and does require a photo showing the nail in the tire and a copy of the bid/invoice from the tire shop.
