Exterior Remodeling in Centralia MO

We had our roof and gutters replaced by CoMo Premium Exteriors back in 2019. Wes was amazing to work with and the crew did a wonderful job! The leaf guards were a much needed upgrade and we haven't had to clean out the gutters at all! Our downspouts were also upgraded to a larger size and we haven't had a bit of overspill. Even 5.5 years later, everything is still working great! We did have a section of downspout come loose with this crazy spring wind lately, but Wes is still taking care of us and will send out a crew to fix it. We absolutely love this company!

Our shingles got damaged by the storm on Friday night. We called them right away. They responded super quick and tarped the spot on Saturday morning. After they tarped it, we got a snow!! That was impressive and prevented the roof from more damage! They quoted a reasonable price for the patchwork and fixed the roof for us after a week! Great job!

I have a leak from roof happen and they came to do a inspection for me. Wes was professional, knowledgeable, and was fair some companies would try to lie to get your business but he was honest and upfront. Sadly what is wrong with roof wasn't roof but Wes gave me a HVAC company card that does good work and gave me a company recommendation for chimney repair company as well. If I need any work that done I'll definitely call them again.

Like most home owners, Judy and I wanted a good-looking set of new siding for our modest home, and a set of rain gutters that would effectively take the rain down from the roof without clogging the gutters. CoMo Premium Exteriors delivered both, as well as removing all the used materials they stripped from the house. They installed new Fascia/soffit all the way around my home. Installed new 6" gutters with gutter guards. and built a beautiful new deck and landing on the back of my home. They showed up when they said they would. The communication was great from start to finish. The clean up was phenomenal along with the warranty. Highly recommend.

Another company came out to replace my gutters, tore them down, then left without installing them.Como Premium Exteriors came out very quickly for an estimate, and the work was done within 2 weeks for cheaper than expected. They kept me in the loop at every step. Will be using them again if needed.

Shawn Bedford arrived promptly for the appointment. After the roof was inspected, he clearly explained the condition of the roof. In an attempt to solve the problem, caulking was applied to the problem area. Shawn did not charge me for this repair. I could not be more pleased with CoMo Premium Exteriors.

From my first call to the final touches, Joe Eagle outlined the entire project, explained insurance process, answered questions, coordinated the installation teams, and inspected the final product.

It was all accomplished professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption. The crew was awesome, arriving early and staying late, laying out large tarps to protect my plants and paying attention to every detail. They even discovered a problem with a vent that was installed by another company incorrectly and helped me navigate repairs through the other party.

This was so much easier than what I had imagined, they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing these Services.

We called CoMO Premium Exteriors about putting a roof and Gutters on our house. I called them and Randy and Jared came out that day to look at the roof and give us some information. They came back a few days later so they could meet with myself and my husband and answer all the questions Ms. Picky had. When they got started on the roof and got all the shingles off they discovered a lot more damage that we were unaware of, so they called the husband to let him know. They then went above and beyond by contacting a contractor to come out and fix the damage on the roof and still got the roof on all in one day. Talk about customer service. The following week got the gutters on the house that are wonderful, no more walking in the house and water running down your back. The clean-up was amazing, they didn’t leave anything behind and we had a lot that come off that roof plus the old gutters. We are so glad that we when with this company, they did an amazing job and I would high recommend them to anyone. A big Thank you to Randy and Jared and the crew for this amazing job. Randy was the best, He gave us explatinations that we had not thought of, we just thought a roof was a roof and gutters were gutters man were we wrong! Como Premium Exteriors was out today and put on my new roof. The salesman Randy was very helpful in this decision. He explained the process in detail and gave me several options in color and price. In the end Randy’s professnoial options really help. We went with the 50yr shingle and the extended warrenty, it just made good sense for our family.

Randy, there inspector was up on my roof today and came back down with some good pictures which showed some wind damage and some hail and recommend I call my insurance company to file a claim, Randy was very well informed on the process and very helpful. I would not have anybody else due my roof now except CoMo Premium Exteriors, This company showed great professionalism and Honesty and with that they have my business.

I can’t brag enough about this company! We had wind damage in May and had lots of exterior and interior damage to our home and we contracted this company to do all the repairs. We are currently still in the process of getting our home put back together, but the roof was shingled today. They did one fantastic job! And the cleanup from their crew was superb! Highly recommend them for any job you need done.

My fiancé and I recently had a new roof put on our home by CoMo Premium Exteriors, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Joe, was very knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward, and accommodating. When we were between two different shingle colors he promptly gave us addresses around the area with both roof colors so we could see what they really look like on homes. Once we could actually see both colored shingles on a large scale in person, the decision was easy. Joe was always very prompt with answering any questions and he made scheduling very easy for us. CoMo Premium Exteriors brought a crew of 8-10 men and knocked our roof out in one day. The roof looks great and their crew did a very thorough job of cleaning up, too!
