COMO Premium Exteriors was asked by us to replace our James Hardie siding with new James Hardie siding. They gave us a price and what the expectations were going to happen with the process. COMO met those expectations and more as they removed old siding, installed new siding, and any issues we had with installation, which was very few, they corrected. Our home looks new again and many people(neighbors) have told us how nice the house looks with the new siding.

CoMo Premium's team arrived early and stayed until the job was done. They were efficient and did great work!

We are very pleased with the work and service CoMo Premium Exteriors provided on a unique and very challenging roof job. Josh listened to our needs, and consulted with other experts who helped develop the plan. Our home is built of Structural Insulated Panels, an uncommon but quality construction method. To fix a leaking roof correctly, we needed to have a 2nd layer of OSB installed on top of the existing roof, with venting in between. Kathy stayed in touch the whole time and put two skilled and hard working crews on the job. When some issues arose, Kathy made sure they were taken care of promptly. Thank you for listening and being willing to tackle a challenging job!

Joe Eagle came out to conduct our free estimate as I had some concerns about my roof given recent storms. He was very thorough with his inspection and his explanation of everything he found and how to continue to maintain my existing roof to prolong its lifespan. Great company! Will definitely be calling them for any future roofing needs.

I met with Shawn Bedford on July 24 to discuss the replacement of our 20+ year asbestos-shingle roof. Ultimately, we chose to go with a highly-rated competitor. However, it broke my heart to decline the CoMo offer. Shawn was undoubtedly the best sales rep that I have ever encountered. He was friendly and personable and, at the same time, entirely professional. He conducted a careful inspection of the roof -- even thoughtfully removing some branches that had fallen from the overhanging sycamore tree. I learned a lot about roofing materials from his thorough presentation. I learned, for example, that the Owens-Corning products used by CoMo Exteriors offer significant advantages over other brands. If my wife and I weren't in our mid-70's, and unsure how much longer we will be living in this house, I believe we would have gone with CoMo. However, given our circumstances, the price-differential -- at just over $4000 -- forced us to choose the other company.

Very responsive and competitive quote for gutter guards installation. I was out of town when the gutter guards were installed and the team made a mistake by installing the wrong color. They promptly came back to install the right color when I reached out. It's a well run operation and I will reach out to them in the future.

I had a small piece of trim come loose above my garage. Since it was a small job Como Premuim Exteriors fixed it at no cost. Two very nice gentleman. I will use them for future projects.

I didn’t end up going through ComoPremium but I will say: Shawn with the estimate team was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, prompt, actually cared about our project, and was very attentive. Highly recommend doing your estimate through him!

The day was very windy and when the roof was complete they the crew did a great job on the roof and magnificent job picking up the tar paper that blew all over the neighborhood. Nice job cleaning up.

COMO Premium Exteriors presented a very fair and clear estimate for replacing my shingles and a section of guttering. The work was done in a timely manner and met all my expectations. A stiff wind and some rain came in while the roofing crew was taking off shingles and putting down the water and ice shield, but they hurriedly covered everything without incident. I highly recommend their services.

After storm damage, I called a couple of different companies for quotes and the difference in service with CPE was noticed immediately.
We needed a roof, siding and replaced a door. Como worked with our insurance company to make the claim process a breeze. We upgraded a few features outside of insurance, which could have got messy but Ryan was great with communication and understood our goals.
