The crew that installed the roof were efficient and thoroughly cleaned up all of the debris. I didn't notice a single nail after they used the magnets throughout the lawn, porch, sidewalk and driveway. The price was very comparable or less than other bids I received. Do you actually serve Mexico, or will I be an afterthought?

We serve Mexico and all of Audrain County with the same crews, warranty, and response times as everywhere else, dispatched from our Moberly office just up the road, with Columbia HQ behind it. Five offices across Mid-Missouri means you are inside our normal coverage, not at the edge of it.

Why does my siding keep blowing off in storms?

Almost always fastening, not the material. Panels nailed too tight cannot flex and pop loose; panels nailed in the wrong spot or with too few fasteners lift in gusts; and once one panel goes, wind gets under its neighbors. A proper repair fixes the fastening pattern around the damage, not just the missing piece. That is how we do it.

Will insurance cover wind or hail damage to my siding?

If a storm caused it, your homeowner’s policy likely covers restoration, minus your deductible. Wind damage is usually obvious; hail damage hides in cracks and crescent fractures low on the walls. We photograph everything and meet your adjuster on-site so the claim reflects the full damage.

Which siding handles wind exposure best?

Rigid materials hold an edge: fiber cement and stiffer composite or insulated panels resist flexing and lifting better than thin vinyl. But a correctly installed quality vinyl outperforms a badly installed premium board every time, which is why we talk fastening before we talk brands.

Does the direction my siding runs matter for weather?

More than most people think. Horizontal lap sheds water predictably and is the resale-safe default; vertical board and batten sheds water fast but depends heavily on correct detailing at the seams. Profile depth changes shadow lines and how fading reads over time.

Should I repair or replace?

A thrown panel or two on a healthy, well-fastened wall: repair. Repeated failures across multiple storms, brittle and faded panels, or moisture behind the wall: replacement usually wins within a few years. We will tell you honestly which one your house needs, with photos to back it up. A free inspection settles it.

What does new siding cost?

The drivers are material, wall square footage, stories and corners, and what we find under the old siding. Vinyl anchors the affordable end, fiber cement the premium end.

How long does a siding project take?
