We have had roofing and Hardy board siding done a few years ago. Everything still looks good. We have reached out to them again for more projects. We look forward to working with them again.

While we were getting a house ready to sell, CoMo Premium Exteriors was recommended by our realtor to use for some small roofing projects. They were timely and reasonably priced. They were easy to deal with and have a portal for payments and communication. I would recommend them and will use them if we have any other exterior or roofing needs.

The crew arrived and had my 3 dormers finished by the end of the day. The fascia and trim work was falling apart (over 25 years). CoMo tore off the old wood and replaced the disintegrating wood with wood wrapped with aluminum. The dormers will look great for many years. I never give five stars because things happen during new construction or maintenance repairs that the company can not control.

Our roof leaked after a heavy rain, worried about needing a new roof but Nate Ruesler found the leak and repaired it around a pipe, we appreciated his honesty and professionalism.Highly recommend Nate!

I had new Hardie board siding put on two sections of my house and garage. The installers did a very nice job. The original siding was not installed correctly and overtime warped, came loose and uneven. It looks great now and like it should. Money we’ll spent!

I can’t say enough good things about CoMo Premium Exteriors!! They just completed a deck for me and I couldn’t be happier. The entire process was smooth and easy from the free estimate to the follow-up after the job was done. The price seemed reasonable for a composite deck and the work was timely.

Wes, did an amazing job of explaining all of my options for design, materials, and financing. He was professional, friendly, upbeat, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Should you decide to hire CoMo Premium Exteriors, definitely ask for Wes. Cathy (I hope I’m spelling this correctly) was a hoot on the phone and very helpful.

We had a very good experience with COMO Premium Exteriors. We worked with Zach in the beginning and he went above and beyond for us. They were able to meet with insurance inspectors and work with a changing scope of work. The workman ship it's self seems to be high quality. They left our yard in great shape and cleaned up very well. We now have a beautiful and strong new roof and gutters.
