I asked them to come out and inspect my roof. My son thought there was some loose shingles and a soft spot when he went up to clean out the gutters. Great company to work with.  Phillip Rodriguez came to my house to give an estimate. He helped me through the insurance obstacles. It didn't matter when I called he always answered, weekends or after hours. The office personnel were very easy to talk to as well. I had a very steep roof but that wasn't a problem. My new neighbor, Kody Anderson helped me make sense out of the agreement sent by my insurance agent.  We signed the contract and the crew from CoMo Premium Exteriors was here in a timely fashion, replaced the roof and cleaned up after themselves.  Shortly after installing the roof, they came and replaced the gutters and downspouts.  They always were careful about the plants next to the house.  They always cleaned up after themselves and the results are a major improvement to the appearance of the home.
